Pharmacodynamics:A nootropic remedy that improves the metabolic processes and blood supply of the brain, stimulating the integrative activity of the brain and the mnestic functions (memory, speech, the ability to perform targeted motor acts), which has a moderate psycho-stimulating effecther and antihypoxicaction. The clinical effect is manifested after 2-3 weeks of use.
Pharmacokinetics:Not studied. In the body it is cleaved to form para-chlorophenoxyacetic acid and dimethylaminoethaneol, an inhibitor of free radicals and a moderate stimulant of the central nervous system.
Indications:Dyscirculatory encephalopathy, acute or residual cerebral organinsufficiency; asthenic, hypochondriacal and asthenic-hypochondriaca strict condition; obsessive neurosis and other neurotic conditions; the violation of mnestic functions in the elderly and senile age and in the case of organic lesions of the brain; asthenic syndrome in traumatic and vascular diseases of the brain (including children and adolescents), diencephalic syndrome, cerebral circulation disorder, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.

Pregnancy and lactation:The category of FDA recommendations is not defined. Adequate and well-controlled studies in humans and animals have not been conducted.
