Pharmacodynamics:Compensates for testosterone deficiency, stimulates the development of male genital organs and secondary sexual characteristics.It improves libido and potency and increases the amount of proteins, accelerating the growth of bones and the rate of epiphysis closure.
Pharmacokinetics:Quickly and completely absorbed from the oral mucosa. Biotransformation in the liver. Eliminated by the kidneys in the form of metabolites.
Indications:Replacement therapy for men who have gonadal gland failure.
Decreased efficiency.
Violation of potency.
Infertility.
Aplastic anemia.

Contraindications:Individual intolerance.
Prostate cancer.
Tumors of the liver (including in the anamnesis).
Childhood.
Pregnancy and lactation:Recommendations FDA category X. The use of pregnancy is contraindicated. There is no information on the penetration into breast milk. Mesterolon apply only to men.
Dosing and Administration:Decreased performance and a violation of potency: 75 mg, until noticeable improvement, then 25-50 mg daily for many months.
Underdevelopment of the sex glands: for the formation of secondary sexual characteristics, 1-2 tablets 3 times a day for many months; as maintenance therapy for 1 tablet 2-3 times a day.
Male infertility (to improve the quality and quantity of spermatozoa) - 1 tablet 2-3 times a day for 1 cycle of spermatogenesis (90 days); after a break for several weeks - again.
To increase the concentration of fructose in the semen, with post-pubertal insufficiency of Leydig cells - 1 tablet 2 times a day; course - a few months.
Aplastic anemia (to stimulate erythropoiesis) - 2 tablets 3 times a day.
Side effects:In some cases - a frequent and prolonged erection.
Special instructions:Mestererol is used only in men. Androgens are not designed to stimulate the growth of muscle tissue in healthy individuals or to improve their performance. Regular examination of the prostate gland is recommended.
