The cardiovascular system: hypotension, heart rhythm disturbances.
Nervous system: tremor, headache, ringing in the ears, encephalopathy (in children).
Blood: bone marrow depression, anemia.
Digestive system: nausea, vomiting, anorexia, thirst, sneezing, nasal congestion, lacrimation, lowering of zinc in the blood.
Others: fever, chills, myalgia, arthralgia, weakness, pain in place intramuscular introduction.
