Due to selective vasodilation of the coronary arteries reduces the burden on the ischemic myocardium, without affecting its contractility. Do not change the heart rate, reduces systemic blood pressure to 10%, and therefore improves blood flow to the brain in ischemic stroke.
Cures an attack of angina within 10-15 minutes with sublingual admission.
Pharmacokinetics:After oral administration, it is completely absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract. The maximum concentration in the blood plasma is reached after 0.5-1 h. The connection with plasma proteins is 25%.
