Pharmacodynamics:

The drug contains triterpene alcohols, triterpene saponins, flavonoids, hydroxycoumarins, carotenoids, essential oils, water-soluble polysaccharides. It has anti-inflammatory, wound-healing effect, reduces capillary permeability, has antimicrobial, antifungal, antiparasitic, antiviral activity, improves liver function, potentiates excretory and secretory function of gastrointestinal tract, stimulates regeneration of gastrointestinal tract.

Promotes increased metabolic function of the liver (improves the composition of bile, reduces the concentration of bilirubin and cholesterol), increases secretory and excretory functions.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to calendula or other plants of the family Compositae / astrovs (Compositae/Asteraceae).

Acute gastritis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum in the period of exacerbation, children under 12 years (with oral administration).

For tincture (optional) - pregnancy, breast-feeding, age to 18 years.

Pregnancy and lactation:

Dosing and Administration:

Orally, topically, externally. The dosage regimen is set individually, depending on the indications and dosage form.

About 10 g (3 tablespoons) of marigold flowers are placed in enameled pots, poured 200 ml of boiling water, covered with a lid and heated in a water bath for 15-20 minutes, then cooled for 45 minutes at room temperature, filtered, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

When using filter bags: 4 filter bags are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist 30 minutes. Filter packs are squeezed out, the volume of the obtained infusion is brought to boiling water to 200 ml.

Before use, the infusion is shaken.

To rinse the mouth and throat, apply 1 / 2-1 glass infusion 3-5 times a day in a warm form.

Inside, before meals, 1-2 tablespoons infusion 2-3 times a day. Duration of treatment is 3-4 weeks, if necessary - 6 weeks.

Tincture: the cuts are treated with a cotton swab; with bruises and eczema, the aqueous solution of the tincture is exchanged (1 tea spoon for 1 glass of water) in the form of lotions; for rinsing the throat and oral mucosa - 1 / 2-1 a glass of aqueous solution of the tincture; inside (as a cholagogue) - 10-20 drops before meals 3 times a day.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions (including skin itching). When ingestion: a burning sensation in the epigastrium, bitterness in the mouth, abdominal pain.
