Pharmacodynamics:The drug has a cauterizing and mummifying effect, has a cytostatic effect, reduces the severity of inflammatory reactions.
Pharmacokinetics:Low systemic absorption, half-life is 1-4.5 hours.
Indications:Externally pointed genital warts.

Contraindications:- Age to 12 years

- The use of other drugs containing podophyllotoxin

Pregnancy and lactation:Category by FDA - C. The drug is contraindicated in pregnancy and during lactation.
Dosing and Administration:Externally locally 2 times a day with an interval of 12 hours. The course of treatment is 3 days, then break for 4 days. Treatment continues until the disappearance of genital warts. Duration of treatment should not exceed 5 weeks.
Side effects:Local reactions: redness, pain, itching, burning, ulceration of the epithelium of condyloma,edema and balanoposthitis (with large condylomas in the preputial area).
System Effects: nausea, dizziness, ulceration of mucous membranes.
Allergic reactions.
Overdose:Dyspeptic phenomena, oppression of bone marrow hematopoiesis, liver and kidney disease, symptomatic treatment. When topical application of large doses of the drug should be washed off with soap and water. In case of accidental ingestion, wash the stomach, control the electrolyte, gas balance, picture of peripheral blood, functional state of the liver.
Interaction:Not described.
Special instructions:Avoid contact with eyes. Do not drink alcohol during treatment.
