Pharmacokinetics:After oral administration, fasted to 99% is absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract.The maximum concentration in the blood plasma is achieved after 1-2.5 hours. The connection with plasma proteins is 70%.
Therapeutic effect develops 1 h after administration, reaching a peak after 6 hours and continued for 24 hours. Do not cross the blood-brain and the placental barrier, it is found in breast milk. Exposed to minor hepatic and extrahepatic metabolism.
The elimination half-life is 14.4 hours. Elimination by the kidneys, mostly unchanged.
