Pharmacodynamics:An indispensable amino acid, moderately inhibits the activity of brain enkephalinases.It is a necessary substrate for the synthesis of tyrosine, melanin, dopamine. Participates in the synthesis of thyroxine, the hormone of the thyroid gland, which regulates metabolic processes.
It has a stimulating effect on the central nervous system, reduces dependence on alcohol and opiates, raises the threshold of pain sensitivity, stimulates thyroid function.

Indications:It is used to treat depressive conditions, neurasthenia, vitiligo. It is used in the complex therapy of Parkinson's disease, caffeine, opioid and alcohol dependence, migraine, hyperactivity and attention disorder.

Contraindications:Phenylketonuria, simultaneous use with MAO inhibitors, individual intolerance.

Dosing and Administration:Inside, 500 mg (1 capsule) 2-3 times a day.

Treatment is symptomatic.
Interaction:Contraindicated simultaneous use with nonselective and selective MAO inhibitors types A and B.
Compatible with other antiparkinsonian drugs, antidepressants: imizinom, moclobemide.
