    Pharmacodynamics:

On the surface of antigen-presenting cells, competitively displaces the myelin antigens: proteolipid protein, the main protein myelin, myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein. Due to this, it inhibits the production of effector T-lymphocytes and stimulates antigen-specific suppressor T-lymphocytes, which leads to a reduction in local inflammation. Due to the blockade myelin-specific autoimmune reactions stops the process of destruction of myelin sheaths of nerve fibers. Has a neuroprotective effect.
