Composition:

Composition (per 1 capsule):

Active substances: avocado oil, unsaponifiable compounds 100 mg, soy bean oil unsaponifiable compound 200 mg.

Excipients: butyl hydroxytoluene 30 μg, silicon dioxide colloid 7 mg.

Capsule shell composition:

Capsules body: titanium dioxide 2%, gelatin up to 100%.

Capsules cover: titanium dioxide 2%, gelatin to 100%.

Bonding solution (composition for capsule sealing): polysorbate-80 250 mcg, gelatin 5.75 mg.

Composition of ink "TekPrint ™ SW-9008 Black Ink" for capsule marking: shellac, ethanol, isopropanol, butanol, propylene glycol, ammonia solution concentrated, potassium hydroxide, iron oxide black.

Pharmacodynamics:

The preparation of vegetable origin regulates the processes of metabolism in the cartilaginous tissue. Has a symptomatic anti-inflammatory, analgesic effect on the joints. It helps to slow down the degenerative process in the cartilaginous tissue of joints, reduces joint pain associated with this process, restores motor function.

In the experimental studies it was proved that the drug has a regenerating effect on the cartilage, stimulating the synthesis of collagen in articular chondrocytes.The effect of unsaponifiable soybean oil and avocado oil compounds increases the production of collagen and inhibits the stimulating effect of interleukin-1 (IL-1) on the synthesis of collagenase.

Unsaponifiable soybean oil compounds and avocado oils:

- increase the production of an inhibitor of plasminogenesis activator, thereby reducing cartilage damage, both indirectly through stimulation of metalloproteinases, and by direct action on the cartilage, activating the degradation of proteoglycans, which prevents the destruction of cartilage;

- increase the effect of transforming growth factor β₁ (TGF) in chondrocytes, which has a powerful anabolic property;

- regulate the synthesis of macromolecules of the intercellular substance of the articular cartilage, are a powerful stimulator of the synthesis of the macromolecule of hyaline cartilage, as well as periodontal tissue, preventing the loss of teeth.

Indications:

- Complex therapy of osteoarthritis of knee and hip joints of stages I-III;

- adjuvant therapy of periodontitis.

Contraindications:

- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;

- period of pregnancy and breastfeeding;

- age to 18 years.

Pregnancy and lactation:

The use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended.

Dosing and Administration:

Take inside 1 capsule per day, preferably in the morning while eating, squeezing 250 ml of water. The course of treatment is 6 months. An increase in the duration and holding of repeated courses of treatment is possible after consultation with the doctor.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible.

It is extremely rare to increase the following laboratory indicators: transaminases, alkaline phosphatases, bilirubin and gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase.

Overdose:

Until now, no cases of an overdose of Piaskcleidine 300 have been reported.

Interaction:

Not described.

Special instructions:

At the initial stage of treatment, Piascladin 300 can be combined with the intake of NSAIDs and / or analgesics.
