    Has anti-inflammatory, anti-edematous effect, reduces the viscosity of the secretion of the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract, shows antibacterial activity against certain strains of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria (S. pyogenes, S. aureus, S. epidermidis, M. luteus, AT. cereus, E. coli), as well as an antifungal effect against yeast and mold fungi (Candida ablicans, Aspergillus niger).

    Indications:Acute and chronic rhinitis of non-allergic etiology, rhinopharyngitis, infectious and inflammatory diseases of the nasal mucosa and nasopharynx.
    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, allergic rhinitis, children under 3 years.

    Dosing and Administration:

    The drug is injected 1 dose into each nasal passage 3-6 times a day, depending on the severity of the inflammatory process.To do this, the safety cap of the metering pump is removed, the drug is injected lightly with the fingers and the dosing pump is closed with a safety cap.

    Before applying the drug after removing the protective cap of the metering pump, you should lightly press your fingers to do two test "injections" (not in the nose!).

    The course of treatment is 10 days. An increase in the duration and conduct of repeated courses of treatment is possible on the recommendation of a doctor.

    Side effects:

    In rare cases, allergic reactions, mild burning, itching, swelling of the nasal mucosa are possible.

    Overdose:

    To date, no overdose has been observed.

    Special instructions:

    Before starting treatment with PYNOSOL® it is necessary to check the patient's individual response to the drug after a single injection of it into the nose. In case of allergic reactions, the drug should be withdrawn.

    After use, always close the dosing pump cap.

    For 10 ml in a vial of light-protective glass, equipped with a dosing pump with an adapter for nasal injection.

    Each bottle, along with instructions for medical use, is placed in a pack of cardboard.
