2 filter packets (3 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 100 ml (1/2 cup) of boiling water, cover and insist for 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 100 ml with boiled water.
Take inside in a warm form for 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day 30 minutes after eating for 7-10 days.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
