Description:

Opaque, from red to dark red, hard gelatin capsules. The contents of the capsules are powder from light yellowish brown to dark greenish brown with darker and lighter blotches.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    The complex of biologically active components of the drug has a stimulating, tonic acting effect.

    Indications:

    Treatment and prevention of erectile dysfunction.

    To restore and strengthen sexual function, stimulate sexual desire, as well as prevent their violations. Physical and emotional overstrain, reconvalescence after somatic and infectious diseases, to improve the working capacity of the organism.
    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, anatomical deformation of the penis (including angulation, cavernous fibrosis or Peyronie's disease), arterial hypertension, convulsive conditions (including epilepsy), a tendency to bleeding, chronic heart failure in the stage of decompensation, unstable angina, transferred in the last 6 months: myocardial infarction, stroke or life-threatening arrhythmia; violations of liver function, age under 18 years of pregnancy, lactation period.

    Recommended repeated 2-3 month courses of taking the drug 2 times a year with intervals between courses 3-4 weeks.

    Side effects:

    Possible allergic reactions, increased blood pressure, tachycardia, headache, hypoglycemia, sleep disorders, nosebleeds.

    Overdose:

    When using the drug in doses exceeding the recommended, it is possible to increase the side effects.

    Interaction:

    Strengthens the action of psychostimulants and analeptics (including caffeine, camphor, etc.). It shows antagonism when interacting with drugs that depress the central nervous system (antiepileptic drugs, neuroleptics, tranquilizers, sedatives). Strengthens the effect of hypoglycemic drugs, warfarin. Increases the risk of developing resistance to loop diuretics. It is possible to strengthen the effect of antianginal drugs.

    Special instructions:

    Rylis® promotes the onset of an erection only in the presence of sexual arousal. Spontaneous erection without erotic stimulation does not cause the drug.

    To diagnose erectile dysfunction, determine their possible causes and choose an adequate treatment, you must collect a complete medical history and conduct a thorough examination.

    In view of the insufficient data on the study of the reprothetic properties drug, when it is used, methods of effective contraception by patients of both sexes should be envisaged.
