    Pharmacodynamics:

    Reparef is a wound-healing product that stimulates the regeneration of tissues.

    The effective beginning of the ointment Reparaff is biene - a complex of ethyl esters of polyunsaturated fatty acids, stabilized by alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E). The composition of biene includes essential fatty acids - arachidonic (the precursor of prostaglandins and leukotrienes), oleic, linoleic and linolenic (vitamin F), which are the most important components of biological membranes.

    Hydroxymethylquinoxaline dioxide has a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity.

    The use of ointment in patients with erosive and ulcerative lesions of the oral mucosa helps reduce pain syndrome, reduce inflammation, reduce erythema, significantly accelerate epithelization, and quicker healing.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    Virtually not absorbed through intact skin and mucous membranes and does not enter the systemic circulation. Through damaged skin and mucous membrane absorbed in small amounts.

    Indications:

    Purulent wounds, burns of various etiology and localization, bedsores, trophic ulcers.

    As part of complex therapy:

    Erosive ulcerous lesions of the oral mucosa (traumatic ulceration, flat lichen of the oral mucosa (erosive and ulcerative form), recurrent herpes simplex of the lip, recurrent herpetic keratitis at the stage of proliferation, recurrent aphthous stomatitis, multiform erythema exudative (manifestations from the mucosa mouth).

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the biene and other components of the drug, pregnancy and lactation, age to 18 years.

    Dosing and Administration:

    For local and external use.

    Ointment Reparef applied thinly to the surface of a wound, a burn ulcer after primary surgical treatment and (or) washing antiseptics. On top, a sterile gauze dressing is applied, impregnated with an ointment on the inside. Depending on the condition and area of ​​the affected area, the application repeat 1-2 once a day for 4-5 days.

    For the treatment of erosive and ulcerative lesions of the oral mucosa ointment Reparef applied topically in the form of applications (on cotton or gauze plates) on the surface of the erosive and ulcerated oral mucosa, 3-4 times a day until complete epithelialization (7-15 days). Duration of application 5-7 min. In the treatment of erosions and ulcers of the oral mucosa with food or beverages it is recommended no sooner than 1-1,5 h after the application of the ointment.

    Side effects:

    The drug is well tolerated by patients. In some cases, after initiation of treatment with ointment Reparef possible transient feeling of slight burning sensation, itching at the site of application.

    Rarely - with long-term use of the development of near-term dermatitis.

    Overdose:Cases of overdose with the application of ointment Reparaff is not described.
