    Pharmacodynamics:

    Due to the high content of vitamins, the infusion of fruits of mountain ash has a general strengthening effect on the body. Contains carotene, vitamins C, P; malic acid, sugars, tannins. It also has diuretic, hypotensive and choleretic properties.

    Dosing and Administration:

    About 10 grams (1 tablespoon) of fruit are placed in enamel ware, poured 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw material squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

    Take orally 2 times a day after meals: adults and children over 12 years old - 1/2 cup; children from 6 to 12 years - 1/4 cup; children from 3 to 5 years - 2 tablespoons.
