Description:

Transparent colorless liquid.

Pharmacotherapeutic group:Electrolyte balance recovery agent
ATX: & nbsp
  • Electrolytes
  • Pharmacodynamics:

Rehydrating agent, has a detoxification effect, stabilizes the water and electrolyte composition of the blood. When used as a means of replenishing the volume of circulating blood, because of the rapid exit from the bloodstream into the extravasal space, the effect persists for only 30-40 minutes (in connection with which the solution is only suitable for short-term replenishment of the circulating blood volume).

    Indications:

Shock, thermal injury, acute blood loss; dehydration; intestinal fistula; acute intestinal infections; therapeutic plasmapheresis; correction of water and salt balance in acute diffuse peritonitis and intestinal obstruction.

Contraindications:Hypersensitivity, hypernatremia, hyperchloremia, acidosis, severe heart failure, cerebral edema, pulmonary edema, chronic renal failure, concomitant therapy with glucocorticosteroids.
    Dosing and Administration:

Intravenously drip, at a speed of 60-80 cap / min, or jet. The daily dose for adults - 5-20 ml / kg, if necessary, can be increased to 30-50 ml / kg. The daily dose for children is 5-10 ml / kg, the rate of administration is 30-60 cap / min, with shock dehydration initially injected with 20-30 ml / kg. The course of treatment is 3-5 days.

In therapeutic plasmapheresis is introduced in a volume that is 2 times greater than the volume of the removed plasma (1.2-2.4 L), in the case of pronounced hypovolemia - in combination with colloidal solutions. The maximum volume of the injected solution is 3 liters / day.

    Side effects:

    Hyperhydration, hypokalemia, allergic reactions.

    Special instructions:

In the case of rapid introduction of a large volume, it is necessary to control the acid-base state and the level of electrolytes. A change in the pH of the blood leads to redistribution of K + (lowering the pH leads to an increase in K + in the serum). Freezing the drug, provided that the tightness of the container is maintained, is not a contraindication to the use of the drug. If clouding, do not use the contents of the container. When combined with other drugs, it is necessary to visually check compatibility.

    Form release / dosage:

    Solution for infusion.

    Packaging:

200, 250, 400, 500 ml into containers polymer for infusion solutions single application.

1 container with a solution is packed in a packet of polyethylene film or polyethylene-polyamide film.

30 containers of 200 ml, 24 containers of 250 ml, 15 containers of 400 ml, 12 containers of 500 ml each with equal number of medical application is placed in a group packing (for hospitals).

    Storage conditions:

    Store in a dry place at a temperature of 0 to 25 ° C.

Keep out of the reach of children. Freezing preparation at
