    Pharmacodynamics:

    Cholagogue agent of plant origin, the effect of which is due to the presence of organic acids and flavonoids.

    Stimulates nonspecific resistance of the body, enhances tissue regeneration and hormone synthesis, reduces vascular permeability, takes part in carbohydrate metabolism, and has anti-inflammatory properties.

    It restores and maintains the normal function of hepatocytes, prevents the chronization of the process, restores the outflow of bile, normalizes the state of the immune system; has anti-inflammatory, diuretic action, strengthens intestinal motility. Thanks to the presence of vitamin C and other bioactive natural substances, has a general strengthening effect, increases immunity.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Inside. To prepare the infusion of whole or crushed fruits, 8-10 g (1 tablespoon) of raw materials are placed in glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover with a lid and heat in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.Take in a warm form 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day. Filter packets: 2-3 filter bags are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist 15 minutes. The contents of the filter bags are squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water. Take in a warm form 1/2 cup 2-3 times a day.

    Interaction:

    Due to the presence of ascorbic acid in the preparation, it is possible to increase absorption of penicillin, tetracycline and iron preparations; decrease in the clinical effect of heparin and indirect anticoagulants; increased risk of developing crystalluria in the treatment of salicylates and sulfonamides; retardation of excretion of acids, including acetylsalicylic acid, by the kidneys; increase the excretion of drugs that have an alkaline reaction, including alkaloids; decrease in the concentration in the blood of oral contraceptives.

    The drug enhances the effect of drugs used to treat liver diseases: phospholipids + multivitamins), silibinin.

    Alcohol reduces the effectiveness of treatment.
