Composition:

Active substance: 1-chloromethylsilatran-3 g, dimexide-65 g;

adjuvant: castor oil up to 100 g.

Description:A two-phase solution consisting of two transparent layers: the upper one is from light yellow to yellow, the lower one is colorless or slightly yellowed.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    1-Chloromethylsilatran (organosilicon compound) stimulates hair growth. Dimexide provides a good solubility of the active substance, which easily penetrates the skin to the bulbs and roots of the hair.

    Castor oil contains provitamins A and D, improves nutrition of hair roots.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    Not studied.

    Indications:

    Alopecia areata.

    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the drug.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Outwardly.

    The drug is applied to the scalp with a cotton swab by lightly soaking (do not rub!) 2 times a day - in the morning and in the evening. A daily dose of 1 to 5 g of solution.

    The course of treatment is individual and depends on the duration and severity of the disease. The average is 3-6 months. If necessary, repeat the treatment.

    Side effects:

    Local reaction in the form of mild burning, redness and itching of the skin.
