Composition:

In 1 suppository contains:

active substances: fluocinolone acetonide (synaflan) - 0.0004 g, bismuth subhallate (dermatol) - 0.04 g, racemic menthol - 0.004 g, trimecaine - 0.025 g, purified water - 0.025 g;

auxiliary substances (vitepsola, monoglycerides distilled) - a sufficient amount to obtain a suppository with a mass of 1.19 to 1.31 g.

Description:

Suppositories of light yellow color with a greenish tinge, with a specific smell of menthol, torpedo-shaped.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined anti-hemorrhoidal drug; has anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, drying, analgesic and antipruritic effect.

    Indications:Hemorrhoids, fissures of the anus, proctitis, inflammation and itching in the anus.
    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; contraindicated during pregnancy, lactation, children's age (up to 2 years).

    Dosing and Administration:Rectally, 1 suppository per day for 5 days after cleansing enema or spontaneous bowel cleansing.
    Side effects:

    Burning, dryness of mucous membranes are possible with the use of the drug for more than 5 days.

    With long-term use, systemic side effects characteristic of glucocorticosteroids are possible: gastritis, steroid stomach ulcer, adrenal insufficiency, Itenko-Cushing syndrome, steroid diabetes mellitus, slowing down of reparative processes.
