Composition:

Active substance: turpentine gum [turpentine purified oil with content of α-pinene 60%] 20,0 g;

Excipients: Vaseline 48.0 g; purified water 24.0 g; emulsifier "Hard-2" 8.0 g.

Description:Ointment is white with a yellowish tint, with the smell of turpentine.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Means of plant origin, has a local irritating, analgesic, "distracting" and antiseptic action. Penetrates through the epidermis and causes reflex changes as a result of stimulation of skin receptors; promotes the release of biologically active substances from the skin (including histamine).

    Indications:

    Neuralgia, myalgia, lumboschialgia, rheumatism.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, violation of integrity or inflammatory diseases of the skin at the site of the intended application, pregnancy, the period of breastfeeding, children under 18 years.

    Carefully:

    Use with caution in hepatic and / or renal failure.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    The drug is contraindicated in pregnancy, during breastfeeding.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Outwardly.

    Age category of patients: adults.

    Apply to affected areas and rub with light circular motions for several minutes 1-3 times a day. The duration of treatment should not exceed 10 days. Conducting a second course of treatment is possible in 1 month.

    By 25 and 50 grams in aluminum tubes with buds, or tubes of combined material with buds, or tubes laminated with buds.

    By 25, 50 and 100 g in dark glass jars with a screw neck, or in cans of glass, or in jars, or 50 and 100 g in polymer bottles.

    Each tube, jar or bottle together with the instruction for use is placed in a pack of cardboard box for consumer packaging. It is allowed to pack tubes, cans or bottles in a group package (carton box) with an equal number of instructions for use (cans: 25 grams to 84 pcs, 50 grams to 42 pcs, 100 grams to 21 pcs, tubes: 25 grams to 117 grams 50 g for 50 pcs., bottles: 50 g for 42 pcs., 100 g for 21 pcs.).

    On a tube, a jar or bottle, labels from label or writing paper, or a self-adhesive label, are glued. It is allowed to mark directly on the tube.
