2 filter packs (4 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist for 30 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then the filter bags are squeezed. The volume of the obtained extract is brought to 200 ml with boiled water.
Take inside 1/2 - 1 glass at night.
It is recommended to stir up the broth before use.
