    Pharmacodynamics:

    Has a pronounced antioxidant effect, due to inhibition of lipid peroxidation in biological membranes. Contains essential phospholipids, which contribute to the restoration of the cell membrane of hepatocytes, its structure and function. Regulates the exchange of cholesterol and triglycerides, is involved in the metabolism of arachidonic acid. Has anti-inflammatory and cytoprotective effects when applied topically. Normalizes the functional state of the biliary tract, regulating the chemical composition of bile. It has antiandrogenic properties, reducing the proliferation of prostate cells, normalizing its function by improving microcirculation and anti-inflammatory action.

    Indications:

    For oral administration:

    - cirrhosis of the liver;

    - chronic hepatitis;

    - fatty liver degeneration;

    - infectious hepatitis;

    - toxic liver damage (drugs, industrial poisons, alcohol);

    - cholecystitis (non-calculous);

    - cholestasis;

    - biliary dyskinesia;

    - gastritis;

    - colitis, enterocolitis (non-infectious genesis);

    - hemorrhoids;

    - Atherosclerosis;

    - prostatitis;

    benign prostatic hyperplasia.

    For rectal administration:

    - chronic prostatitis;

    - benign prostatic hyperplasia of the I-II stage with concomitant prostatitis.

    For external and local use:

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the drug, children's age, pregnancy.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Controlled trials in humans have not been carried out. There is no information on the penetration of human milk. Do not apply!

    Dosing and Administration:

    Inside prescribe the drug 30 minutes before eating 1 teaspoon of oil 3-4 times a day for 1-3 months or 4 capsules 3 times a day during or after a meal.

    With external and local application smeared affected areas 2-3 times a day.

    With hemorrhoids and prostatitis (along with oral administration), microclysters are prescribed 2 times a day.

    With periodontal disease, local application of the drug is prescribed.

    In gynecological practice, vaginal tampons impregnated with a drug in a dose of 10 ml are used.

    Rectal suppositories Enter into the rectum (previously moistened with water) 1 suppository 1-3 times a day. The course of treatment is from 10 days to 3 months, or spend short courses of treatment for 10-15 days for 6 months.

    Side effects:

    From the side digestive system: rarely - indigestion, diarrhea.

    In rare cases, possible allergic reactions.

    The drug is used in the form of monotherapy, as well as in the complex therapy.

    The drug is compatible with any food.

    In inflammatory and degenerative processes of the upper gastrointestinal mucosa recommended to take the drug in the form of oil, should avoid taking the drug in the form of capsules.
