Composition:

5 g of ointment contains:

active substances: camphor 0.2750 g, turpentine gum 0.22265 g, levomenthol 0.1500 g, eucalyptus oil 0.0575 g, nutmeg oil 0.0270 g, thymol 0.0055 g;

Excipients: Vaseline 4.0585 g, paraffin liquid 0.1000 g, paraffin solid 0.1000 g.

Description:

A translucent ointment is white or almost white, with a characteristic smell of levomentol and camphor.

    • Pharmacodynamics:Has a local irritating, distracting, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effect.
    Indications:

    Symptomatic therapy of acute respiratory diseases, accompanied by a runny nose, a feeling of nasal congestion, a headache.

    Contraindications:

    - Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;

    - damage to the skin and / or the presence of skin diseases in the areas of the intended application of the drug;

    - propensity to bronchospasm;

    - pregnancy;

    - the period of breastfeeding;

    - children under 2 years.

    Dosing and Administration:

    For external use only!

    - PIn the rhinitis or nasal congestion, ointment is applied to the skin of the wings of the nose;

    - with a headache, ointment is applied to the skin of the temporal region.

    Apply 2 times a day, the course - no more than 7 days.

    Side effects:

    There may be allergic reactions, redness, itching, irritation of the skin at the site of application.

    Overdose:

    Until now, no cases of overdose with the use of the drug have been reported.

    Interaction:

    There is no information on the interaction with other drugs.

    Special instructions:

    Avoid getting ointment in the eyes, on the mucous membranes of the nasal cavity and mouth, as well as on damaged areas of the skin.

    The drug does not affect the ability to drive vehicles and engage in other potentially hazardous activities that require increased concentration and speed of psychomotor reactions.
