    Pharmacodynamics:Isoconazole is a synthetic imidazole derivative. Has a local antifungal and antibacterial effect. It acts fungistatically, with increasing concentration fungicidal. Suppresses the synthesis of ergosterol and changes the composition of the membrane of the microbial cell. It is active against dermatophytes (Trychophyton spp., Microsporum spp., Epidermophyton spp.); molds, yeast and yeast-like fungi (Candida spp., Pityrosporum orbiculare), as well as Corynebacterium minutissimum, a causative agent of erythrasma and Gram-positive bacteria Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp.
    Pharmacokinetics:When applied to the skin, systemic absorption is negligible.
    Indications:
    Fungal skin lesions, including those newly infected:
    - mycosis of feet and smooth skin, including with localization in folds and in the region of external genital organs;
    - microsporia, trichophytosis, rubrophytic;
    - epidermophytia;
    - candidymycosis;
    - multicolored (lichen), lichen,
    - Erythrazm.

    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

    Travogen treatment of children from 1 month to 2 years is carried out under the supervision of a doctor.

    Pregnancy and lactation:The use of the drug during pregnancy is possible in cases where the potential benefit to the mother exceeds the risk to the fetus. It is not established whether the isoconazole in breast milk, so the drug should not be applied to the mammary glands before feeding. If necessary, use the drug to resolve the issue with the doctor about stopping breastfeeding.
    Dosing and Administration:Outwardly. Adults and children from the age of 1 month. Travogen is applied once a day in a thin layer on the affected skin and slightly rubbed. The course of treatment is usually 2-3 weeks, with the localization of mycoses in the folds - up to 4 weeks. It is possible to have a longer course of treatment.
