Composition:

One bottle (200 doses) contains:

Trententhol 10 mg and 20 mg.

In 1 dose is contained:

Trententhol 40 μg and 80 μg.

Auxiliary components: 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane.

Description:

Milky white, homogeneous suspension of the active substance in a liquefied propellant placed in an aluminum can.

Pharmacotherapeutic group:m-holinoblokator

Pharmacodynamics:

Bronchodilating agent from the M-holinoblokatorov group. A feature in comparison with atropine is a stronger and longer-lasting effect on the cholinergic receptors of the bronchial musculature. Does not penetrate into the central nervous system. Bronchodilator effect develops 15-30 minutes after inhalation and persists for 4-5 hours.

Indications:

Prevention and treatment of bronchospastic syndrome with:

- xobstructive bronchitis;

- xronic and acute pneumonia;

- basthma of mild and moderate severity;

- diseases accompanied by bronchospasm in the elderly.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to any of the components of the drug, angle-closure glaucoma, pregnancy.

Dosing and Administration:

When using an aerosol canister, remove the protective cap from the valve head, 2-3 times shake the balloon, turn the head down, cover its mouthpiece with lips and,simultaneously with the pressure on the bottom and the head of the balloon (this is accompanied by the release of 1 dose of aerosol), produce the deepest inhalation followed by a respiratory hold for a few seconds. Inhale 1-2 times (1-2 clicks), every 4-6 hours.

There are cylinders with two dosages: 10 and 20 mg.

With a single pressure on the cylinder valve with 10 mg, a single dose of 40 μg is allocated, and when the cylinder valve is pressed with 20 mg, 80 μg.

Daily dose the drug can vary in different patients from 120 to 480 mcg.

Begin with the appointment of 40 mcg, with insufficient effect, produce two breaths (a dose of 80 mcg). If necessary, increase the single dose to 160 mcg.

Side effects:

Dry mouth, "choking" in the throat, paralysis of accommodation, impaired vision, increased intraocular pressure.

In this case, the intervals between inhalations of the drug are increased or temporarily stopped.

Special instructions:

As with the appointment of other M-holinoblokatorov, thickening of sputum is possible, which is undesirable in patients with viscous, poorly departing sputum.
