Composition:

active substance: hydrolyzate of the brain of cattle and pigs containing amino acids and peptides; including free amino acids: Llysine - 0.95-2.85 mg, L-histidine-0.30-0.90 mg, L-arginine - 0.80-2.60 mg, aspartic acid - 1.00-2.60 mg, L-treonine - 0,70-2,10 mg, serine - 1,35-3,25 mg, L-glutamine acid - 3.75-6.25 mg, L-alanine - 1.75-5.25 mg, L-proline 0.70-1.70 mg, glycine 0.70-2.10 mg, L-valine - 1.35-4.05 mg, L-methionine 0.65-1.95 mg, L-leucine - 2.00-6.00 mg, L-phenylalanine - 0.50-1.50 mg, isoleucine - 0.80-3.60 mg, tyrosine - 0.15-0.65 mg;

auxiliary substance: phenol - 3 mg.

Description:Transparent yellowish liquid.

Characteristic: a product of enzymatic hydrolysis of the brain of cattle and pigs, stabilized by phenol.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Nootropic medicinal product, according to its pharmacodynamic action, is similar to cerebrolysin. Strengthens the synthesis of proteins in nerve cells, increases the resistance of the brain to hypoxia, hypoglycemia, intoxication, and mechanical trauma. Activates integrative processes in the central nervous system.


    Pharmacokinetics:Pharmacokinetic analysis is difficult due to the complex composition of cerebrolizate, including the sum of free amino acids and peptides.
    Indications:

    Violations of the central nervous system on the background of a decline in cerebral circulation,discirculatory encephalopathy, posttraumatic asthenic syndrome.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity, severe renal failure.

    Carefully:Allergic diathesis, large seizures.
    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Contraindicated use during pregnancy (I trimester).

    If it is necessary to use during the lactation period, the question of terminating breastfeeding.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Intramuscularly 1-5 ml daily or every other day. The course of treatment - 20-30 injections (4 weeks); repeated course of therapy - after 3-6 months.

    Side effects:

    From the side of the central nervous system: rarely - headache, dizziness.

    From the digestive system: rarely - loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, indigestion, diarrhea, constipation.

    Local reactions: rarely - Hyperemia of the skin, itching and burning at the injection site.

    Other: often - allergic reactions; with rapid intravenous administration - a feeling of heat, a rise in temperature; increase in blood pressure (with concomitant arterial hypertension).

    Overdose:The phenomenon of overdose with the use of the drug has not been described to date.
    Interaction:

    Strengthens the effect of antidepressants.

    Form release / dosage:Solution for intramuscular injection.
    Packaging:

    1 ml or 5 ml into ampoules.

    10 ampoules of 1 ml together with the instructions for use and the ampoule scarifier are placed in a box of cardboard.

    5 ampoules of 1 ml or 5 ml are placed in a contour cell package.

    1 or 2 contour mesh packages together with the instruction for use and the ampoule scarifier are placed in a pack of cardboard.

    When using ampoules with a break ring, it is allowed to pack the ampoules without an ampoule scarifier.
    Storage conditions:

    In the dark place at a temperature of no higher than 20 ° C.

    Keep out of the reach of children.
    Shelf life:

    3 years.
