    Composition:

    On one tablet:

    Active substance: beta-alanine 400 mg.

    Excipients: cellulose microcrystalline - 69.33 mg, starchl Potato - 26.55 mg, maltodextrin - 19.47 mg, silicon colloidal dioxide - 11.00 mg, talc - 11.00 mg, croscarmellose sodium - 8.25 mg, calcium stearate - 4.40 mg.

    Description:Tablets are round, biconcave, white or almost white in color. Marble is allowed on the surface of the tablets.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Beta-alanine is an amino acid. Counteracts the rapid release of histamine, but does not possess antihistamine activity due to the absence of blockade H1receptors.

    Beta-alanine has a direct effect on cutaneous peripheral vasodilation, which causes vegetative "hot flashes", a sense of heat, heat, headache. At the physiological level, the vasomotor "hot flashes" are caused by the activity of the thermoregulatory centers in the hypothalamus, leading to peripheral cutaneous vasodilation. This is a consequence of reactions that occur when the balance of cerebral neurotransmitters occurs after the hormone secretion ceases ovaries.The drug promotes saturation of peripheral receptors neurotransmitters who are involved in this process.

    Indications:

    "Tides", caused by the climacteric period.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to beta-alanine or any of the excipients of the drug.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    The drug is not intended for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

    Dosing and Administration:

    The drug is used inside.

    1-2 tablets daily. The dose can be increased to 3 tablets per day. Duration of treatment from 5-10 days until the disappearance of "tides".

    When you resume symptoms, you should re-treat.

    Due to the fact that there is no getting used to the drug, the treatment can be prolonged for the whole period of vasomotor clinical disorders without limiting its duration.

    Side effects:

    Rarely: skin allergic reactions (pruritus, rash).

    Rarely: transient paresthesia, usually in the limbs.

    Overdose:

    Cases of drug overdose are not registered.

    In case of an overdose of the drug, symptomatic therapy should be performed.

    Interaction:

    Clinically significant drug interactions with other drugs have not been identified.

    Before you start taking the drug is recommended to consult a doctor.

    There is no addiction to the drug, the course of treatment can be prescribed throughout the period of vasomotor clinical disorders.

    The use of the drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially dangerous activities requiring increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (vehicle management, work with moving mechanisms, dispatcher, operator, etc.).

    Packaging:

    For 15 or 20 tablets in a contour mesh box made of a polyvinylchloride film and flexible packaging, made on the basis of aluminum foil.

    For 1, 2 or 3 contour mesh packages together with the instruction for use are placed in a pack of cardboard.

    Storage conditions:

    Store at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C.

    Keep out of the reach of children.

    Shelf life:

    3 years.

    Do not use after the expiration date.
