    Pharmacodynamics:

Stimulator of tissue repair. When the hyaluronic acid interacts with water molecules, a dispersion matrix arises, replenishing the missing cellular tissue. It forms a natural supporting framework for cells involved in wound healing, increases the activity of granulocytes and macrophages, enhances fibroblast proliferation and angiogenesis.

Compared with sodium hyaluronate, zinc hyaluronate has a bacteriostatic effect against many bacteria.

Affects all 3 phases of the wound process; highly effective in chronic ulcers of the shin (contributes to epithelization of the ulcer defect, faster and uniform healing, normalizes the condition of surrounding tissues). Reduction of the pain syndrome is noted on the 2-3rd day of treatment, disappearance - on the 9-10th day. Reduces tenderness when dressing (prevents the drying of the bandage).

    Pharmacokinetics:

When topical application is practically not absorbed, a small amount of the drug is detected in the plasma.

    Indications:

Solution: poorly healed, infected wounds, trophic ulcers, shin ulcers, bedsores, fistulas, acceleration of normal wound healing.
