Composition:

1 ml of the preparation contains:

Active substances:

Fir oil 67.60 mg;

Mint pepper leaves oil 16.90 mg;

Cysts of common seeds oil 92.95 mg;

Carrots wild seed extract liquid (1: 1) 194.35 mg;

Hop Contiguous extract liquid (1: 1) 278.80 mg;

Oregano ordinary herb extract liquid (1: 1) 192.95 mg;

Excipient:

Disodium edetate 0.04 mg.

Description:The liquid is greenish brown to brown, with a characteristic smell of mint.

Drugs for the treatment of nephrourolythiasis

Pharmacodynamics:Has antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic effect, increases bile formation and bile secretion, raises diuresis, acidifies urine, increases the release of urea and chlorides.

Indications:In the complex therapy of acute cystitis, pyelonephritis, urolithiasis, cholecystitis, bile duct dyskinesia hyperkinetic type, cholelithiasis.

Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, heartburn, nausea, diarrhea, age to 18 years.

Carefully:Liver diseases, alcoholism, craniocerebral trauma, brain diseases.

Pregnancy and lactation:It is not recommended to use the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding due to the lack of special studies.

Dosing and Administration:

Take inside 8-10 drops on a piece of sugar 3 times daily before meals.

The duration of treatment depends on the severity of the disease and ranges from 5 to 30 days. With renal and hepatic colic, a single dose can be increased to 15-20 drops. An increase in the single dose, duration and repeated course of treatment is possible only on the recommendation of a doctor.

Side effects:

Possible:

- from the gastrointestinal tract: dyspeptic phenomena (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain);

- Allergic reactions (red face, skin rash, itching, angioedema;

- from the central and peripheral nervous system: dizziness, general weakness;

- From the side of the cardiovascular system: arterial hypertension, hypotension.

Overdose:

Possible increased dose-related side effects (including: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dizziness). Treatment symptomatic: abundant warm drink, peace, Activated carbon, atropine sulfate (0.0005-0.001 g).

Interaction:

Interaction with other drugs is not described.

Special instructions:

Do not apply the drug if the diameter of the kidney stones exceeds 3 mm.

The preparation contains 60% of ethyl alcohol. In the maximum single dose of the drug, the absolute ethyl alcohol content is 0.47 g, the maximum daily dose of the drug is 1.42 g.

In recommended doses, the drug does not affect the ability to perform potentially hazardous activities requiring special attention and rapid reactions.
