Composition:

100 ml of syrup contain:

active substances: fir oil - 0.419 g, peppermint leaves mint oil - 0.105 g, carrot wild seed extract liquid - 1.204 g, hop frost extract liquid - 1,726 g, oregano herb extract liquid - 1,195 g;

Excipients: polysorbate-80 (tween-80) - 4.253 g, citric acid monohydrate 0.097 g, sorbic acid 0.146 g, sugar syrup [sucrose, water] 91.730 g, disodium edetate (trilon B) 0.0002 g, purified water 100 ml.

Description:FThe liquid is light yellow with a greenish tinge, with a specific smell. Opalescence is allowed.

Preparations for the treatment of urological diseases

Pharmacodynamics:

Combined preparation of plant origin. Ingredients of the drug Urolesan®-M reduce inflammation in the urinary tract and kidneys, promote increased blood supply to the kidneys and liver, have a diuretic, antibacterial, choleretic effect, form a protective colloid in the urine and normalize the tone of the smooth muscles of the upper urinary tract and gallbladder. Urolean®-M increases the release of urea and chlorides, promotes the excretion of small stones and sand from the bladder and kidneys.

Pharmacokinetics:

The drug is well absorbed, its effect begins in 20-30 minutes and lasts 4-5 hours. The maximum effect occurs in 1-2 hours.It is excreted through the gastrointestinal tract and the kidneys.

Indications:

Urolithiasis and cholelithiasis, pyelonephritis, cholecystitis, dyskinesia of bile ducts.

Contraindications:

- Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug;

- gastritis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum;

- age up to 6 years.

Pregnancy and lactation:

It is not recommended to use the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding because of the lack of data on the safety of the drug in this category of patients.

Dosing and Administration:

The drug is taken orally before meals.

Recommended doses for adults: 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) of syrup 3 times a day before meals.

In acute conditions (including renal and hepatic colic), the duration of the course of therapy is from 5 to 7 days, with chronic conditions - from 7 days to 1 month.

In the case of renal and hepatic colic, a single dose can be increased to 2 teaspoons (10 ml), then on a subsequent dose return to the usual single dose (5 ml).

Recommended doses for children: 6-7 years - 2-4 ml 3 times a day; 7-14 years - 4-5 ml 3 times a day. Dosage is carried out with a syringe dispenser.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, heartburn.

Overdose:

Symptoms: nausea, dizziness.

Treatment: abundant warm drink, peace, Activated carbon, atropine sulfate (0.0005-0.001 g).

Interaction:

Not studied.

Special instructions:

Do not apply the drug in case the diameter of the stones exceeds 3 mm.

Patients with diabetes mellitus, as well as patients with elevated levels of glucose in blood plasma, must be cautious, using Urolesan®-M (the composition includes sugar syrup). A single dose of the drug (5 ml) contains 0.38 carbohydrate units (4.5865 g sucrose).

Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:

During the period of application of the drug, care should be taken when carrying out potentially dangerous activities requiring special attention and speed of psychomotor reactions (including driving, working with moving mechanisms).

Form release / dosage:

Syrup.

Packaging:

To 90 ml in cans or in bottles of dark glass or 180 ml in bottles of dark glass, sealed with aluminum caps. On banks or bottles stick a label.

Each jar or bottle together with the instruction and syringe-dispenser polymer is put in a pack.

Storage conditions:

Store in a dark place at a temperature of 8 to 15 ° C.

After opening, store no more than 28 days at a temperature of 8 to 15 ° C.

Keep out of the reach of children.

Shelf life:

2 years.

Do not use after the expiration date.
