Composition:

Valerian rootstocks with roots - 17%

Donnica grass - 8%

Thyme herbs - 25%

Oregano herbs - 25%

Motherwort of grass -25%

Description:

The mixture of non-uniform particles of vegetable raw material is grayish-green with whitish, whitish-yellow, dark green, pinkish-violet, purple, light brown and brown impregnations. The scent is fragrant. The taste of the water extract is bitterish-spicy.

Pharmacodynamics:

Infusion has sedative (soothing), spasmolytic action.

Indications:

Increased nervous excitability, sleep disturbances, early stage of arterial hypertension, spasms of the gastrointestinal tract - as part of complex therapy.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, pregnancy, the period of breastfeeding, children's age (up to 12 years).

Dosing and Administration:

2 filter packs (4 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist 15 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon, then squeeze them. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

Take inside 1/3 cup 4 times a day for 30 minutes before eating.The course of treatment 10-14 days, a break between the courses of treatment 10 days.

Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible.

Overdose:

With prolonged use in doses exceeding the recommended, there may be muscle weakness, drowsiness, decreased efficiency.

Interaction:

Strengthens the effect of hypnotics and other medications that depress the central nervous system.

Special instructions:

With prolonged use of the drug in large doses, it is possible to reduce the rate of psychomotor reactions, which should be taken into account when driving vehicles, working with mechanisms, etc.

Collection - a powder of 2.0 grams in the filter bags, followed by the attachment of 20 filter packets in a pack of cardboard.
