Composition:

Valerian rhizomes with roots 17%

Donnica grass 8%

Thyme herbs 25%

Oregano grass 25%

Motherwort of grass 25%

Description:

A mixture of non-uniform particles of vegetable raw material of a whitish-green color with yellow and pinkish-violet impregnations passing through a sieve with apertures 5 mm in size. The smell is strong, fragrant. The taste of the water extract is bitterish-spicy.

Pharmacodynamics:

Infusion has sedative (soothing), spasmolytic action.

Indications:

Increased nervous excitability, sleep disturbance, neurocircular dystonia according to the hypertonic type, spasms of the gastrointestinal tract - in complex therapy.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, pregnancy, the period of breastfeeding, children's age (up to 12 years).

Dosing and Administration:

About 5 g of the collection (1 tablespoon) is placed in enameled dishes, 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water is poured, covered with a lid and heated in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, then cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.

Take inside for 20-30 minutes before eating 1/3 cup 4 times a day.

The course of treatment - 10-14 days, a break between the courses of treatment 10 days.

Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
Side effects:

Allergic reactions are possible.

Overdose:

With prolonged use in doses exceeding the recommended, there may be muscle weakness, drowsiness, decreased efficiency.

Interaction:

Strengthens the effect of hypnotics and other medications that depress the central nervous system.

Special instructions:

With prolonged use of the drug in large doses, it is possible to reduce psychomotor reactions, which should be taken into account when driving vehicles, working with mechanisms, etc.

Collection of ground 50 g (at a humidity of 14%) in packs of cardboard with an internal paper bag and instructions for use.
