  • Pharmacodynamics:Has a sedative, spasmolytic effect. Facilitates the onset of natural sleep.
    Indications:

    - increased nervous excitability

    - sleep disturbances (difficulty falling asleep)

    Irritability

    Contraindications:

    - sugarase / isomaltase deficiency, lactase deficiency, fructose intolerance, lactose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption

    - hypersensitivity to the components of the drug

    - Children's age (up to 12 years)

    Carefully:

    - liver disease

    - diabetes

    Pregnancy and lactation:Due to the lack of data on the effects of the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding, its use is not recommended.
    Dosing and Administration:

    Inside, not liquid, squeezed water.

    Adults and children over 12 years of age:

    - to reduce the nervous tension of 1-3 tablets 1-3 times a day;

    - if there is a breakdown in sleep, a single dose of the drug 1-3 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime, if necessary, an earlier intake of one single dose of the drug (1-3 tablets) is possible during the evening.

    For the elderly, dose adjustment is not required.

    The course of treatment is 1,5-2 months.

    Side effects:

    When observing the recommendations for the use of Valdispert ®, no undesirable side effects associated with its use were observed.

    When taking the drug, allergic reactions are possible; with prolonged use - constipation.

    Overdose:

    If you take a dose that exceeds the recommended daily dose, you may experience the following symptoms: drowsiness, decreased performance, abdominal pain, heaviness in the chest, dizziness, tremor, mydriasis.

    Treatment: gastric lavage, symptomatic.

    Interaction:Strengthens the effect of hypnotics, sedatives, tranquilizers, ethanol and other drugs that depress the central nervous system, as well as antispasmodics, which requires dose adjustment when combined.
    Special instructions:

    Do not take the drug for more than 1.5 - 2 months daily.

    Information for patients with diabetes: one tablet contains 122.11 mg of sucrose and 21.66 mg of lactose monohydrate, which is 0.012 bread units (XE).

    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:During the period of treatment, care must be taken when driving vehicles and engaging in other potentially hazardous activities requiring increased attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

    Packaging:For 25 tablets in PVC / PVDC blister. For 1, 2 or 4 blisters in a pack of cardboard with instructions for medical use.
    Storage conditions:
