Description:

Transparent liquid of a greenish-brown color, with a smell of valerian and menthol.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined a drug, has sedative, cardiotonic and antispasmodic effect. Valerian tincture and sodium bromide reduce the excitability of the central nervous system. Lily of the valley tincture, containing cardiac glycosides, has a cardio-tonic effect. Alkaloids belladonna have m-holinoblokiruyuschim action. L-mentol - local irritant, has a venotonic, analgesic, reflex coronary and anti-anginal action.

    Indications:As a sedative for functional disorders of the cardiovascular system.
    Contraindications:Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug, pregnancy, lactation, age under 18, severe cardiosclerosis, endocarditis, myocarditis; hepatic and / or renal failure, respiratory failure, angle-closure glaucoma.
    Carefully:Liver diseases, alcoholism, craniocerebral trauma, brain diseases.
    Dosing and Administration:

    Inside for 10-20 drops, previously dissolved in a small amount (30-50 ml) of water 2-3 times a day before meals.

    Duration of the drug is determined by the doctor individually.
    Side effects:Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, heartburn, arrhythmias, muscle weakness, headache, paresis of accommodation, allergic reactions are possible.
    Overdose:

    Symptoms: the phenomenon of bromism - rhinitis, cough, conjunctivitis, lethargy, memory loss, skin rash (acne bromica).

    Treatment: stopping the intake, the introduction of large amounts (in the absence of contraindications) of sodium chloride - 10-20 g per day (speeds up the elimination of bromine), abundant drink (3-5 liters per day), diuretics.

    Interaction:The drug enhances the effect of hypnotics and other drugs that depress the central nervous system.
    Special instructions:In the maximum daily dose, the drug contains 0.42 grams of absolute alcohol.
    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:During the treatment period, it is necessary to refrain from driving vehicles and practicing potentially dangerous speciesactivities that require increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.
    Form release / dosage:

    Drops for oral administration.

    Packaging:To 25 ml in bottles of orange glass or bottles-droppers of orange glass. Each bottle or bottle-dropper is placed in a pack of cardboard. The full text of the instructions for the use of the drug is applied to the cardboard pack. Vials or Flasks of droppers without packs with an equal number of instructions for use are placed in a group package.
