Composition:

1 ml of the solution contains:

active ingredients: calcium chloride dihydrate 2 mg, magnesium chloride hexahydrate 3 mg, nicotinic acid 0.3 mg, adenosine 1 mg;

Excipients: sodium chloride 6.5 mg, benzalkonium chloride 0.1 mg, sodium hydroxide to pH 6.5, water for injection up to 1 ml.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    An anticancer drug, which improves the trophism of the lens, the metabolism of the blood supply to the eyeball. Included in the substance prevents the damage of the protein structures of the lens.

    Indications:

    Prevention and treatment of cataracts.

    Contraindications:

    - Hypersensitivity to one of the components of the drug;

    - children under 18 years of age (no sufficient experience of use);

    - pregnancy and the period of breastfeeding (there is insufficient experience of application).

    Dosing and Administration:

    Locally.

    It is buried in the conjunctival sac of the affected eye 1-2 drops 2-3 times a day for several months.

    Side effects:

    Perhaps the development of local allergic reactions.

    Overdose:

    Data on overdose are absent.

    Interaction:

    ATinteractions with other drugs are not currently known.

    Special instructions:

    The drug is not intended for injection.

    When using other eye drops, take a break of 15 minutes between instillations.

    During the treatment with the drug, it is not recommended to wear soft contact lenses. When using hard lenses, remove them before instillation and re-install 15-20 minutes after instillation of the drug.

    The bottle must be closed after each use. Do not touch the tip of the pipette to the eye.
