    Pharmacodynamics:

    Pharmacological properties of the drug are due to the properties of the fat-soluble vitamins in its composition. VITALIPID H adult is a mixture of vitamins in amounts consumed with a normal diet, and should not have any pharmacodynamic effects other than restoring and maintaining a normal level of vitamins A, D2, E, K1.

    Indications:

    VITALIPID H adult adults and older children 11 years to ensure the daily requirement for fat-soluble vitamins A, D2, E, K1) with parenteral nutrition.

    Contraindications:

    Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug; diseases that occur with a violation of the metabolism of fats, such as renal failure, decompensated diabetes mellitus, pancreatitis, impaired liver function, hypothyroidism (if hypertriglyceridemia is noted), and severe sepsis. In such patients in the case of Vitalipid H, the level of triglycerides in serum should be carefully monitored.

    Hypersensitivity to soy and egg proteins.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    No special studies have been conducted, but there are published data on the safe administration of fat-soluble vitamins. However, taking more than 3000 ME vitamin A is not recommended during pregnancy.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Intravenously.

    Before use VITALIPID H adult must be diluted: All manipulations should be performed in aseptic conditions.

    Adult patients and children older than 11 years are prescribed: 1 hour before the infusion, one ampoule (10 ml) of Vitalipida H adult is added to 500 ml of Intralipid 10% and 20%.

    The resulting solution is agitated lightly, then used for parenteral infusion according to the instructions for use of Intralipid. The resulting solution must be used within 24 hours.

    Excessive contents of open ampules / vials should be destroyed, not reused.

    Side effects:

    Against the background of infusion of Vitalipida H an adult may experience side reactions, characteristic of any fat emulsions for parenteral nutrition.

    Interaction:

    Vitalipid H adult contains vitamin K1, which can interact with coumarinic anticoagulants.

    Separate trace elements can cause some degradation of vitamin A.

    Special instructions:VITALIPID H is for adults over 11 years of age. For children under 11 years of age, Vitalipid N children should be used.
    Form release / dosage:

    Emulsion for infusion.

    Packaging:

    For 10 ml of emulsion in a vial of transparent glass.

    10 ampoules in a contour squamous package.

    1 circuit cell pack with instructions for use is placed in a cardboard box.

    Storage conditions:

    Store in a protected place at a temperature of no higher than 25 FROM. Do not freeze.

    Keep out of the reach of children.

    Shelf life:

    2 years.

    Do not use the drug after the expiration date.
