Composition:

Klyavki tincture - 5 ml; lily of the valley tincture - 10 ml; valerian tincture - 10 ml; levomentola - 0.2 g.

Description:Transparent liquid of a greenish-brown or yellow-brown color, characteristic smell.

    • Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined drug.

    Krasavki tincture has m-anticholinergic and spasmolytic effects. Prevents the stimulating effect of acetylcholine; reduces the secretion of salivary, gastric, bronchial, lacrimal, sweat glands, pancreas. Reduces the muscle tone of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT), bile ducts and gallbladder, causes tachycardia, improves atrioventricular (AV) conduction. It dilates the pupils, hinders the outflow of the intraocular fluid, increases the intraocular pressure, causes paralysis of accommodation.

    Valerian tincture has a sedative and spasmolytic effect. Facilitates the onset of natural sleep. Sedation is slow, but fairly stable. Has a choleretic effect, increases the secretion of the mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract, slows down the heart rhythm, dilates the coronary vessels.The action on the activity of the myocardium is mediated through neuroregulatory mechanisms and a direct influence on the automatism and the conduction system of the heart.

    Lily of the valley tincture has cardiotonic action. Levomenthol - local irritant, has a venotonic, analgesic, reflex coronary and anti-anginal action.

    Indications:As a sedative for vegetative-vascular dystonia, increased nervous excitability, complex therapy for chronic heart failure.
    Contraindications:Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug, zakratougolnaya glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia with violation of urine outflow, hyperacid gastritis, peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer, severe cardiosclerosis, endocarditis, myocarditis, age of 18 years.
    Carefully:Liver diseases, alcoholism, craniocerebral trauma, brain diseases.
    Pregnancy and lactation:The use of the drug during pregnancy and during lactation is contraindicated. There is no data on the use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation.
    Dosing and Administration:

    The dose is set individually.

    Adults prescribe inside 20-25 drops 2-3 times a day. The duration of the drug is determined individually by the doctor.

    Side effects:Possible allergic reactions, arrhythmias, muscle weakness, headache; pain, heartburn, gastralgia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dryness of the oral mucosa, accommodation paresis, urinary retention in patients with enlarged prostate gland.
    Overdose:

    Symptoms: skin rash (acne bromica).

    Treatment: discontinuation of intake, administration of large quantities (in the absence contraindications) sodium chloride - 10-20 g per day (speeds up the elimination of bromine), abundant: drink (3-5 liters per day), saluretics.

    Interaction:

    Strengthens the effect of hypnotics, sedatives and antispasmodics.

    Special instructions:In the maximum daily dose, the drug contains 0.7 g of absolute alcohol.
