3 filter packets (4.5 g) are placed in a glass or enamel ware, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of boiling water, cover with a lid and insist 20 minutes, periodically pressing on the bags with a spoon,then the filter bags are squeezed, the volume of the obtained infusion is brought to boiling water to 200 ml.
Take inside 100 ml (1/2 cup) 3 times a day for 30 minutes before meals for 2-4 weeks.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
