Pharmacodynamics:

Pharmacological action - hemostatic, antimicrobial.

Forms an insoluble clot with blood proteins (primarily albumin) and has a local hemostatic effect. Bleeding from small vessels stops after 1-2 minutes.

It has a local anesthetic effect and antibacterial activity against a number of gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms.

Indications:

Superficial wounds, including cuts, abrasions, scratches and other skin lesions; surgical interventions with cuts of skin of small length or multiple incisions of small sizes.

Dosing and Administration:

Solution: a napkin or a tampon is impregnated with a solution, slightly wrung out and applied to the previously drained surface for 1-5 minutes. If necessary, the treatment of the wound is repeated until the bleeding stops completely.

Plaster: apply a gauze pad to the bleeding surface (after removing the protective film) and lightly press the edge of the adhesive tape. The plaster is removed after stopping bleeding, as it becomes dirty (on postoperative wounds).
