    Composition:

    100 ml of the solution contains 30 ml of Adriatic Sea water with natural microelements and 70 ml of purified water.

    Does not contain preservatives.

    Presence of ions:

    Na+ - not less than 2.50 mg / ml;

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Sterilized, isotonic sea ​​water, helps maintain a normal physiological state of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity.

    The drug promotes the liquefaction of mucus and the normalization of its production in goblet cells of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity.

    Microelements included in the preparation improve the function of the ciliated epithelium, have an anti-inflammatory, purifying, stimulating, restorative effect on the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity.

    With allergic and vasomotor rhinitis, the drug promotes the washing and removal of allergens and haptens from the nasal mucosa, reducing the local inflammatory process. Aqua Maris, used for hygienic purposes, helps to clean the mucosa from the settled on it street and room dust.

    Indications:
    - Acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the nasal cavity, paranasal sinus and nasopharynx;
    -adenoids;
    - Postoperative period (after operations on the nasal cavity); -Allergic and vasomotor rhinitis (especially in people who are predisposed or are hypersensitive to medicines, including pregnant women and lactating);
    -prophylaxis and treatment in the complex therapy of infections of the nasal cavity in the autumn-winter period (including in pregnant women and during lactation);
    -nness of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity; preservation of physiological characteristics of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity in altered microclimatic conditions - in persons living and working in air-conditioned rooms and / or central heating; in humans, the mucus-flock of the upper respiratory tract is constantly exposed to harmful effects (smokers, drivers of vehicles, people working in hot and dusty shops, as well as in regions with severe climatic conditions).
    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug.

    Children under 1 year of age (for nasal dosed sprays).

    Dosing and Administration:

    Treatment:

    Aqua Maris drops nasal for children:

    - children from 1 day of life: 4 times a day, 2 drops in each nasal passage;

    Aqua Maris spray nasal dosed:

    - children from 1 year to 7 years: 4 times a day, two injections into each nasal passage;

    - children from 7 to 16 years: 4-6 times a day for two injections into each nasal passage;

    -adult: 4-8 times a day for two to three injections in each nasal passage.

    The course of treatment in all cases is 2-4 weeks (at the discretion of the attending physician). It is recommended to repeat the course in a month. Prevention:

    Aqua Maris drops nasal for children:

    - children from 1 day of life to spend a toilet in the form of instillations of drops of Aqua Maris 2-3 times a day for 1-2 drops in each nasal passage;

    Aqua Maris spray nasal dosed:

    - children from 1 year to 7 years: 1-3 times a day, one - two injections in each nasal passage;

    - children from 7 to 16 years: 2-4 times a day for two injections into each nasal passage;

    -adult: 3-6 times a day for two to three injections into each nasal passage.
    To soften and remove contaminants and nasal secretions:
    -Aqua Maris is injected or buried in each nasal passage as much as the situation requires, eliminating the resulting excess fluid with cotton wool or a handkerchief. The procedure can be repeated many times until the accumulations of contaminants are successfully softened and removed.
    Side effects:Allergic reactions are possible.
    Overdose:

    Cases of overdose are not marked.

    Interaction:

    Since the drug does not have systemic effects on the body, interactions with other drugs have not been noted. Possible use with other drugs used to treat colds.

    Special instructions:

    Newborns, in order to avoid the risk of infection of the middle ear, instill the solution into the nasal cavity with caution, with a minimum, pressing the vial.
