    Composition:

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Morenazal is an isotonic sterile solution of natural sea salt in water for andinjections, used in the form of drops in the nose (nasal drops) and containing natural minerals and trace elements.

    Morenal solution helps maintain a normal physiological state mucous membrane of the nasal cavity, liquefaction of mucus and normalization of its formation in goblet cells of the mucosa.

    Microelements included in the preparation have anti-inflammatory action, stimulate recovery processes, improve the function of atrial epithelium, which increases the resistance of the nasal mucosa to pathogenic bacteria and viruses, contributes to its purification.

    With allergic and vasomotor rhinitis, the drug promotes flushing and removal of allergens and haptens from the nasal mucosa, reducing local -inflammatory process.

    Morenazal, used for hygienic purposes, helps to cleanse the mucosa from the settled on it street and room dust.

    Indications:

    Adenoids, acute, allergic, vasomotor rhinitis, chronic diseases of the nasal cavity, nasopharynx, paranasal sinuses, incl.accompanied by dry mucous membrane of the nasal cavity.

    Prevention of infections of the nasal cavity in the autumn-winter period, with changing climatic conditions (rooms with air conditioning and / or central heating), the presence of polluted air (smokers, drivers of vehicles, hot and dusty shops).

    Preparation for the introduction into the nasal cavity of other drugs (to improve their absorption).

    Washing of the wound of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses before and after surgical interventions.

    Hygienic procedures of the nasal cavity.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Intranasal (in the nasal passageways).

    Morenazal drops are intended for young children (up to 6 years), including children under 1 year, but they can be used in older children.

    Patients older than 1 year can be prescribed Morenasal nasal spray.

    With a curative purpose

    Drops nasal Morenazal are prescribed for children up to 1 year 1-3 times a day for 1 2 drops in each nasal passage; children from 1 year to 7 years - 4 times a day for 2 drops in each nasal passage; children from 7 to 16 years - 4-6 times a day for 2 drops in each nasal passage; adults - 4-8 times a day for 2-3 drops in each nasal passage.

    The course of treatment is 2-4 weeks. It is recommended to repeat the course of treatment in a month.

    With a hygienic purpose

    To soften and remove the discharge from the nose - drops are instilled in each nasal passage in the required amount, removing the remainder of the liquid flowing from the nose with a handkerchief or with the help of cotton wool. The procedure can be repeated many times until the secretions accumulated in the nasal passage are softened and removed.

    In children under 1 year, it is recommended that the toilet of the mucous membrane of the nasal cavity be used for the preservation of its physiological characteristics in the form of dropping drops. Morenazal 2-3 times a day 1-2 drops in each nasal passage.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions are possible.

    Overdose:

    To date, no cases of drug overdose have been reported.

    Interaction:

    Since the drug does not have systemic effects on the body, interactions with other drugs have not been noted.

    Special instructions:

    The simultaneous use of other drugs in the treatment of rhinitis.

    The drops are nasal.

    By 5 or 10 ml in polymer bottles with plugs-droppers and screw-on caps (a bottle-dropper polymer).
