    Composition:

    100 g of syrup contains:

    extract of the root of the althea drug - 35.9 g,

    sucrose 63.865 g,

    potassium sorbate - 0.135 g,

    citric acid monohydrate - 0.1 g.

    Pharmacodynamics:

    The drug has expectorant, a local anti-inflammatory effect, helps reduce the viscosity of bronchial secretions.

    Indications:

    Diseases of the respiratory tract, accompanied by a cough with hard-to-recover sputum (tracheitis, bronchitis, tracheobronchitis).

    Contraindications:Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug. Deficiency of sugar / isomaltase, intolerance to fructose, glucose-galactose malabsorption.
    Pregnancy and lactation:

    There is no data on the use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation.

    Dosing and Administration:

    It is applied inside: to children till 12 years - on 1 teaspoon 3 times a day; adults and children over 12 years - 1 tablespoon 3-4 times a day.

    The duration of treatment is an average of 10-15 days. An increase in the duration and holding of repeated courses of treatment is possible in agreement with the doctor.

    Side effects:Allergic reactions are possible.
    Overdose:

    Cases of overdose are not marked.

    Interaction:

    The drug should not be used concomitantly with preparations containing codeine and other antitussive agents, as this makes it difficult to cough up thinned phlegm.

    Special instructions:

    Patients with diabetes mellitus and those on a diet with a reduced carbohydrate diet should take into account that in 1 teaspoon of syrup contains about 4.2 g of sucrose (0.35 XE), in 1 tablespoon - about 16.8 g of sucrose (1, 4 XE).

    Effect on the ability to drive transp. cf. and fur:

    The use of the drug does not affect the performance of potentially hazardous activities requiring special attention and quick reactions (vehicle management, working with moving mechanisms, dispatcher and operator work, etc.).

    Packaging:

    For 150 ml of the drug in a bottle of plastic brown, equipped with a cap of a copolymer of polypropylene with a pad of neutral polyethylene. Each vial with instructions for use is placed in a cardboard box.

    Storage conditions:

    Store in a dark place at a temperature of no higher than 25 ° C.

    Keep out of the reach of children!

    Shelf life:

    2 years.
