Pharmacodynamics:Immunological preparation. Creation of specific immunity against Staphylococcus spp.
Pharmacokinetics:There is no information.
Indications:It is used for the purpose of immunospecific vaccination of persons with acute or chronic staphylococcal infection in the acute stage.

Contraindications:Individual intolerance.
Acute diseases of nonsophilococcal nature.
Bronchial asthma, allergic reactions in the anamnesis.
Myocardial infarction, stroke, hypertension III degree.
Acute renal and hepatic insufficiency.
Carefully:Used with caution for people with hypersensitivity to the drug.
Pregnancy and lactation:Pregnancy and lactation: recommendations for Food and Drug Administration (US Food and Drug Administration) - С. Pregnant drug is contraindicated. There is no evidence of ingestion into breast milk. When lactation is recommended to stop breastfeeding.
Dosing and Administration:Deeply subcutaneously, into the subscapular region of 7 injections two days later, alternating between the right and left sides of the body.
Scheme of vaccination: 0.1-0.3-0.5-0.7-0.9-1.2-1.5 ml.
With a positive course of the course of the disease, the course of specific vaccination can be stopped on the 5th-6th day.
The highest daily dose of 1.5 ml.
The highest single dose of 1.5 ml.
Side effects:Allergic reactions.
Systemic reactions: hyperthermia, weakness.
Local reactions: soreness and hyperemia at the injection site.
Focal reactions: exacerbation in the place of staphylococcal infection.
With a combined manifestation of general and local reactions, it is recommended to set the interval between injections in two days.
The appearance of a focal reaction indicates the effectiveness of treatment and does not require the withdrawal of the drug.
Interaction:It is not recommended simultaneous administration of the drug with antistaphylococcal immunoglobulin and antistaphylococcal plasma, due to the phenomenon of mutual neutralization.
Special instructions:Each injection of the drug is recorded in a special registration form, which indicates the number of the series, the expiration date of the drug.
The vaccine is used immediately - it is not stored in an open ampoule.
Conducting a specific vaccination is not the reason for canceling treatment with other drugs for general and local treatment: antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, etc.
