About 5 g (1 teaspoon) of the fruit is placed in enameled dishes, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled
water, cover with a lid and insist on a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes, filter, the remaining raw material is squeezed. The volume of the infusion obtained is adjusted to 200 ml with boiled water.
Infusion is taken orally in a warm form 3-4 times a day for 30 minutes before meals:
adults - 1/4 cup;
children 14 years and over - 2-3 tablespoons;
children from 6 to 14 years old - 1-2 tablespoons;
children from 3 to 6 years - 1-2 teaspoons;
children from 1 year to 3 years old - 1 teaspoonful;
children under 1 year old - 1/2 teaspoon.
The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.
Before use, the infusion is recommended to be shaken.
