    Pharmacodynamics:

    A plant-based preparation containing a complex of biologically active substances.

    Phenoklisloty and tsinarin provide choleretic and hepatoprotective action.

    Inulin, carotene, ascorbic acid and vitamins B1, AT2 normalize metabolic processes.

    Has a weak diuretic effect, accelerates the excretion of urea.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    Not studied.

    Indications:It is used as a cholagogue for diseases of the gallbladder, used as a hepatoprotector in chronic inflammatory processes of the liver.

    Contraindications:

    Gallstone disease, acute inflammatory processes of the liver, obstruction of the biliary tract, renal failure.

    Individual intolerance.

    Carefully:Pregnancy.
    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Recommendations for FDA - Category C. It is used with pregnancy with caution. There is no evidence of ingestion in breast milk. During treatment with the drug it is recommended to stop breastfeeding.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Inside for 2-3 tablets or 2.5-5 ml of solution 3 times / day before meals. The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.

    Children older than 6 years: 1-2 tablets 3 times daily before meals. The amount of solution is calculated by the number of years and ranges from ½ to ¼ of the adult dose of the drug. The course of treatment: 2-3 weeks.

    The highest daily dose: 10 tablets, 20 ml.

    The highest single dose: 3 tablets, 5 ml.

    Side effects:

    With prolonged use - diarrhea.

    Allergic reactions.

    Overdose:

    Not described.

    Interaction:At simultaneous application weakens action of warfarin.
    Special instructions:

    One teaspoon of the solution contains 0.13 g of ethyl alcohol.
