Composition:

1 g of ointment contains:

Active matter: malic acid - 4,500 mg, benzoic acid - 0,500 mg, salicylic acid - 0,133 mg;

Excipients: propylene glycol malate 3.583 mg, methylparahydroxybenzoate 0.300 mg, propyl parahydroxybenzoate 0.700 mg, benzyl alcohol 32,000 mg, propylene glycol 104.711 mg, xalifin 15 300,000 mg, purified water up to 1 g.

Homogeneous ointment of white color.

Pharmacodynamics:The drug has keratolytic, antiseptic, wound-healing effect.

Indications:It is used in the complex treatment of superficial skin burns, long-term non-healing wounds, trophic ulcers and pressure sores.

Contraindications:

Increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug, acute kidney failure (when applied on a large body surface for a long time), newborn children.

Pregnancy and lactation:

It is not recommended to use the drug during pregnancy and during breastfeeding (there is no data on the pharmacokinetic properties of Acebina during pregnancy and during breastfeeding).

Dosing and Administration:

Outwardly, after surgical treatment of burns, wounds,trophic ulcers and bedsores ointment applied a thin layer on the affected area 2-3 times a day, with the imposition of a sterile bandage; after scarring - once a day.

Side effects:

Burning in a place of application which passes independently and does not demand a canceling of a preparation.

Allergic reactions, hyperthermia are possible.

Overdose:Cases of an overdose have not been revealed.

Interaction:

Salicylic acid can increase skin permeability for other medicines for external use and thereby increase their absorption.

Sucked up salicylic acid can increase the side effects of methotrexate and oral hypoglycemic drugs, derivatives of sulfonylurea.

Special instructions:

Avoid contact with the mucous membrane of the eyes.

If the drug does not give the expected effect, you should consult a doctor.

When burns with a large area of damage, treatment is carried out only under the supervision of a doctor.

When treating children, several areas of the skin should be avoided simultaneously.
