    Composition:

    For one tablet:

    active substances: betaine hydrochloride 200 mg, pepsin pork (in terms of 100% pepsin) 0.5 mg;

    Excipients: povidone-K25 12 mg, silicon dioxide colloid 5.2 mg, calcium stearate 2.5 mg, sorbitol up to 252 mg.

    Description:Round, flat pills with a risk and chamfer, white or white with a slightly yellowish hue of color, with a specific smell. Marble is allowed on the surface of the tablets.

    A.09.A.C.01   Pepsin and acid-containing preparations

    Pharmacodynamics:

    Digestive enzyme agent. Pepsin and hydrochloric acid (formed as a result of hydrolysis of betaine hydrochloride) increase the acidity of gastric juice, have proteolytic properties, which promotes digestion in the stomach.

    Indications:

    Hypo-and anacid gastritis, achilles, dyspepsia.

    Contraindications:

    Hypersensitivity, hyperacidity of gastric juice (including peptic ulcer of stomach and duodenum, erosive gastroduodenitis).

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    No information.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Inside, during or after a meal, previously dissolved in 50-100 ml of water.

    Adults: 500 mg (2 tablets) 3-4 times a day;

    children: 125 mg (1/2 tablets of 250 mg) 3-4 times a day.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions, heartburn, gastralgia.

    Overdose:

    Cases of overdose with the use of the drug Acidin-pepsin is not established.

    Interaction:There are no signs of interaction with other drugs.
