Badyaga. Badyaga is a dried colony of freshwater sponges - badyag, the skeleton of which consists of needle crystals of silica, glued together with a small amount of spongin.

Description:

The powder is greenish-gray, yellowish-gray, yellow and brownish green, passing through a sieve with holes 0.5 mm in diameter. The smell is specific, the taste is not determined.

Pharmacodynamics:

The drug has a local irritant effect, due to the content of silicon needles.

Indications:

Bruises and bruises, pain in muscles and joints of rheumatic nature, neuralgia, sciatica.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the drug. Skin diseases (dermatitis bacterial, fungal, viral etiology, etc.) and violations of the integrity of the skin (including open wounds) at the site of the intended application, a tumor of peripheral nerves. Age before 12 years.

Pregnancy and lactation:

The use is possible in the absence of contraindications.

Dosing and Administration:

The drug is applied externally.

1. With bruises and bruises: the contents of the package are placed in a bowl, add warm boiled water until a mushy mass is obtained. The tampon is applied to the skin and rubbed in circular motions (in rubber gloves). After 10 - 15 minutes the composition is washed off with water.

2. With radiculitis, rheumatic and neuralgic pains: vegetable oil is added to the powder, stir until a creamy mass is obtained and rubbed into the affected areas. In case of severe burning, rinse with water.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions, irritation and hyperemia of the skin at the site of application of the drug are possible.

Special instructions:

Do not let on the mucous membranes (eyes, mouth and nose).In the case of falling on the mucous membranes shells need their abundant washing with water. Do not apply to the skin in the area of the breast.
