    Pharmacodynamics:

    Combined preparation of plant origin.

    Benzyl nicotinate

    Expands the superficial blood vessels, improves blood flow in the skin and subcutaneous tissue.

    Camphor

    It shows analgesic, local irritating, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory action. Reflexively improves the trophism of tissues and organs by excitation of nerve endings of the skin.

    Racetenthol

    It causes irritation of the nerve endings, the expansion of the superficial vessels of the skin and mucous membranes, which is accompanied by a feeling of coolness, anesthetic effect and cessation of itching.

    Methylsalicylate

    Has analgesic, anti-inflammatory effect. Reduces infiltration and edema, improves microcirculation by reducing the increased permeability of capillaries.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    Does not have a systemic effect.

    Indications:

    It is applied externally for the treatment of neuralgia, arthralgia, lumbago, sciatica, with rheumatic pains, sports injuries and bruises, pain caused by the formation of pleural adhesions.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    Dosing and Administration:

    Outerly, a strip of cream in 2 cm rubbed into the skin on the affected area 3-4 times a day.

    When applying the cream on several sites, the total area should not exceed two palms.

    Side effects:

    Skin irritation in places of application of cream, allergic reactions.

    Overdose:

    When applying the cream on the area of ​​more than two palms, or when the surface is heated in places where the drug is applied, the development of contact dermatitis is possible. In case of accidental ingestion of the drug inside - development of nausea and vomiting.

    Treatment is symptomatic.

    Special instructions:

    When treatment is not recommended to warm up the places with the applied cream, sun exposure should also be avoided - photosensitization may develop.
