    Pharmacodynamics:

    The drug is a dry mixture of bacteria. Has antagonistic activity against many pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic microorganisms.

    Pharmacokinetics:

    There is no data on the pharmacokinetics of the drug.

    Indications:

    Dysbacteriosis of the gastrointestinal tract, including against: intestinal infections (dysentery, salmonellosis, viral diarrhea); inflammatory diseases of the digestive tract (colitis, enterocolitis, ulcerative colitis); in the period of convalescence after chemotherapy.

    Contraindications:

    Concomitant antibiotic therapy, hypersensitivity.

    Carefully:

    Children up to 3 years.

    Pregnancy and lactation:

    It is used according to the indications when the doctor is prescribed.

    Dosing and Administration:

    Inside, for 20-30 minutes before meals: children from 6 months to 1 year - 1 dose 2 times a day, from 1 year to 3 years - 2-5 doses 2 times a day, older than 3 years and adult - 3-5 doses 2 times a day. Course of treatment for acute forms - at least 2 weeks, depending on clinical and laboratory indicators - 3-4 weeks; at convalescence - 21-30 days, with postdisenteric colitis and long-term bowel dysfunction - at least 4-6 weeks, with chronic colitis, enterocolitis and ulcerative colitis up to 45-60 days. If necessary, you can prescribe repeated courses of treatment or maintenance doses (half the daily dose) for 1-1.5 months.

    The drug is diluted with boiled water at room temperature immediately before taking 1 teaspoon of water per 1 dose. To persons with high acidity it is recommended to drink 1/2 cup of mineral water (borzoi, Essentuki N4 or N17) or a solution of sodium hydrogen carbonate (1/2 teaspoon per 1 glass of water) 5-10 minutes prior to taking the drug.

    Side effects:

    Allergic reactions are possible.

    Overdose:

    No data. Treatment is symptomatic.

    Interaction:

    Do not use together with antibacterial agents.

    Special instructions:

    Use in children is possible according to the dosing regimen.
